Students entering the college are exposed to a few subjects common to all branches of engineering for which teaching -learning process is carried out by the general department. Theses are mainly common subjects and are inter-related to the different disciplines and are required as a basic foundation for ushering technical excellence in the student community, ready to take up challenges of their future. These subjects are interwoven and utility oriented in different streams of engineering. The college has well established all labs of general departments by letest instruments for students to perform practicals.
Books are our great , guides and philosophers.
Reading habits have to inculcate in us so that we can make use of the rich collection of books. The institute has well developed Libraries for engineering and as well as for MBA programmer with over 8000 books, over 150 journals and periodicals. Thus, libraries have a large collection of books on technical, scientific, management and general topics. Many current National and International periodicals are subscribed. Video Cassettes and CDs are available for self learning.
