The objective of AIT Placement Cell is to reduce the gap between practical i.e. industry expectations and theory i.e. Curriculum offered.

At AIT, we provide placement assistance and guidance to students, right from the first year of students. We have customize training and grooming session plan for each semester.

Expert talks and Mentoring sessions are also conducted throughout the year to help the students to select better career options according to their strength and weakness.

Activities for Students by Placement Cell

1. Expert Talk on Psychometric test, knowing Personality, Self-awareness, Towards smart goals and career management.

2. Training sessions on Resume Writing, Personal Grooming, Managing Non-verbal communication including body language, posture, gesture etc.

3. Mock Interview with video recording.
